Skaneateles is a beautiful village in Upstate New York. It has small shops, many restaurants and festivals throughout the year. It is picturesque and has homes that could be featured in Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Bill Clinton has vacationed here and Joe Biden stops by occasionally while visiting family living close by. This pier is a must to walk out on when visiting the village. It has been noted to be a top spot in Upstate New York to watch a sunset. I'm sure it is, but I prefer the dawn.
